This is a convenient supplement for a lot of things.Yes, you absolutely can take this before you drink, right after you drink, and/or when you get up after a night of imbibing.You can also use this when you are feeling run down, travelling, or need an immune boost in general.The big question, of course, is whether this will help with hangovers...I would say yes, but how much depends on a lot of factors.This supplement can help offset the negative effects of too many potent potables, but it cannot undo them completely.Nevertheless I would give this supplement high marks for:- Versatility- Portability- Ease of mixing- Taste (I like citrus)- HelpfulnessIf you are in the market for an easy to drink, immune boosting supplement, which helps replenish electrolytes, that can go just about anywhere, then you have found it.Recommend.

These aren't a bad option for hydration replenishes you can take on the go.I don't understand why sugar was added, though, because it wasn't enough to tamper the citrus.The flavor is a bit tart and sprite-tasting.Not meant for use every day.The price is average for comparable products.4 Stars

I use electrolyte drink mixes all the time so it was an easy decision to try this one out. The item I received was already opened and the item box was torn off. I was a bit disappointed to see that this is still kept on the shelf and definitely points to lack of quality control.

I live in a desert area and definitely need to keep myself hydrated. That's not always as easy as it sounds, so having a packet not only containing potassium and sodium for rehydration, but magnesium and vitamins as well is sometimes a godsend. All I need to recover (or prevent) is a tall glass of water. I have only mixed this with 16 or more ounces of water to avoid any strong, overpowering flavor. I admit I am someone who tires quickly of flavored waters. To me, initially using this powder, the flavor is merely ok, like a well watered down kool-aid. After 5 or 6 more uses I may absolutely hate it, but then again, I may have gotten used to it and not mind it, but I'll never really really like it.The powder does do what it's supposed to do - rehydrate - so that's definitely a plus. It is easy to have on hand no matter where I go or what I'm doing. It is rather annoying needing scissors to cut it open. Already wound up with a powdery mess tearing it open.I do think it is a bit overpriced, so find it hard to recommend.

This water hydration replenisher electrolyte drink powder mix is not something that i would recommend to anyone. The flavor is not appetizing at all, and is a struggle to force down to finish it off. After a few days of use, I experienced very bad side effects, such as upset stomach and nausea. I waited a week to recover, and tried again with only the drink mix being the same thing from last week, and once again experienced side effects. I'm not sure if it is the powders fault, or some digestion issue with lemon lime? Either way, not good

We tried 2 of their flavors and they are disguising. If you are curious about trying, I would recommend getting the smallest pack since they don’t take returns. We ordered over 100 to put in our wedding welcome bags and there is no way I can hand these out.

These have a great taste, and really work well. I work in the Florida summer sun, so it’s regularly over 100 degrees. This product really helps me to stay hydrated, and it tastes like lemonade, so it’s really a win win.
