My clamp broke with in the first week of owning it, and when I emailed them asking for a replacement clamp, they wanted to charge me for it. I then sent them to follow up emails and they failed to ever get back to me. Sadly outside of those issues it’s incredibly fun product. Too bad there customer support is so poor.

This chair is fantastic and is the perfect option for someone over 250lbs. I actually bought this for work and have used this in combination with a steadycam for super smooth video shots. Once I re-calibrated the hoverboard it's even better! People laugh when they see me in it but then they are almost immediately jealous and ask me where I purchased it.

Really neat accessory for my hoverboard, definitely the best seat for it. So much fun and i feel safer than standing, also my 3 year old daughter sits on my lap and she loves it. My clamp did break after I hit a small pothot, and no local hardware store has this unique style but Hoverseat is sending me a replacement, no charge.

Safety warning is minimal. VERY UNSAFE, uncontrollable steering and no brakes, on ANY downhill grade, even short low incline downhill. I flipped mine, didn't break or hit anything, but I was very lucky. Road rash and lots of bruises and scratches. Should have a warning to wear bicycle of skateboard type safety gear.Otherwise, is great fun and a great value.

It should have a v shape support bracket in the front. just one screw in the front middle is not enough.

when we sat in the chair and leaned back even a little bit, the straps would just keep sliding until you fell all the way back. the adjustments on the straps need to be a little more have duty.

Too low to the ground made it impossible to drive or steer. My wife is screaming to return it before I kill myself or our cat. I am an entertainer and have many, many vehicles, big and small. I was counting on this for a parade. But alas I could not chance running into my audience! Too low to thew ground made it impossible to made it even go forward. Too hard for an OLD man,I also bought the unit with the higher seat. I could not steer that either. My feet and my brain do mot coordinate the hover board.
