NeoCutan Silver Cream- 30g Tube (1.06 Oz)

Instructions and cover were written in Hebrew or Arabic, can't tell, I don't speak either. I have a 3rd degree burn on my left side and needed the medication urgently. I had to use the cream, I assumed it had to be used the same way all creams work. I am was angry and was requesting refund but I've adjusted my rating (see picture). My guess was "to apply to area" 3 x day, my burn has healed and I'm not angry anymore , I guess when you are in pain, frustrated and buy a product, you expect to be able to read it in English when you purchase it from America.

seperated due to heat or something. almost 2 phases! which is a sign of not good galenic recepy.
