Q: What size is best for two average sized horses? I am contemplating buying one so do I need the 1.5 or the 2.5 hole opening size?

I only have goats and sheep’s they use the net with a 1,5 holes that is perfect for them . A 2.5 for horses must be a good size. Hope that will help you

The net is made large enough to accomodate the full Large Round Bale of 6x6 feets in Height and Diameter. It can also fit a 3x3x8 LArge Square bale as well

Q: How Much Does It Weigh?

The 1.5” net weighs approx 5.5 kilos whereas the 2.5” net weighs around 4.5 kilos

Q: Would you recommend this over other brands. I have four horses. No tractor so will have to push out from truckbed is it easy to put on?

I like thus net, just as good as HayChics, IMO I don’t have a tractor either, I have to push the round bale off the back of my truck, and then I throw the net over my bale.
