Quality juice. Table wine
Product yealed some very tasty wine. I am a experienced wine maker and figured I would give this a try. I do not ever recommend tap water like it calls for. Use spring water. Also I did not follow the steps exactly as I found a better way of making it work. I added only part of the bentonite. And did not add the chemicals they give you to put in after Fermintation and bottling stage. I have a good filtering and finishing process though. For beginners they should follow the instructions and it should also yield a quality wine.

Great introduction to winemaking
I used this kit to make wine for the first time, and it turned out great. The kit came with all ingredients and had easy to follow instructions. I used tap water and followed the instructions to a T. The wine was sweat until about 9 months, then started tasting like the Pinot Noir it is. I ended up with 20 bottles which were gone after the holidays. It recieved good reviews from all who tried it. I just started a second batch using bottled drinking water, and will let it ferment twice as long as the instructions recommend. Highly recommend this kit for ease of use, value, and good tasting wine.

Easy to make, nice to drink!
I make wine every year for Christmas, but have never made a Pinot noir. decided to pick this brand up, because it was super cheap. Glad I did. The directions are very straightforward, and almost like every other kid. I modify mine just a little bit, but if you make it like the directions, you will not have a problem at all. Just take your time, make sure everything is clean, and you will get a bottle of wine that you will be very happy with. It does make two cases, but I actually got just a little bit more than two cases out of it. also, don't expect a $100 bottle, but you certainly get at least a 10 or 15 dollar bottle for a lot less.

20+ batches and every one came out great.
Over the past years I have made dozens of batches of Wine Expert's Pinot Noir, Cabernet and the Shiraz blend. Over the course of a month I spend about an hours worth of time per batch. Every one has come out nice and dry and clear. Very drinkable at 4 weeks and even better aged. I usually end up with about 26-28 750 ml bottles which works out to about just over three bucks a bottle. Not bad for a minimal time investment. My one tip for new brewers would be to buy a degassing wand and a corded power drill. Degassing by hand is for the birds.

Its a kit, need to include labels!
Have purchased several wine expert kits. We enjoy the wine. It's not too hard once you have invested in all the wine making equipment. As a senior the heavy lifting is the biggest challenge. I did not rate flavor and value as I just finished bottling last week and will wait 2-3 months before tasting.

False Advertisement
I bought this box of Pinot Nior juice and the Master Vintner kit to make the wine. I followed all the instructions very precisely and it came out spoiled. I think the box of juice was expired before I bought it, but there was no way to tell. The QR sticker that gives more information about the grapes that they advertise and in the instructions was not on the box when I received it. I followed all the instructions, so this is either fraud or the expired. I am submitting a request to get my money back.

My favorite wine kit, hands down!
This is my favorite wine kit from WineExpert. Nice and easy directions for beginners, and the juice is quality. I have never had anything but great reviews from the finished wine. The only drawback is that this kit does not come with oak chips of any kind. I have found that adding oak chips or spirals really enhance this particular wine, in taste and mouth-feel. Luckily you can easily find such oak additives on Amazon. Here are the spirals that I normally use with this kit: American Oak Infusion Spirals - Heavy Toast There is some debate over whether one should use French or American oak, but to me that is really getting into wine-snobbery territory, and away from the genuine enjoyment of making and drinking your own wine.
