Unacceptable product and customer service

Purchased a GOATcase directly from the manufacturer's website. Case didn't work at all. It would not stick to anything. I tried to return the case and the return request was denied with no explanation. Unacceptable product and unacceptable customer service. Do not buy a GOATcase. It is a waste of money.
