This works great and was very easy to set up. I use it in a wine fridge to create a cheese cave.

UPDATE: I received a prompt response from my email. I was asked to send the parameters I had set up and a picture of the device. I explained that while I was getting an error message, the device would not trigger the “on switch”. They are sending a new device. NB: the email I sent received a response, but the phone number given to me by Amazon customer service received no response after I left a voicemail.This is a nice device. After I figured out how to set it up, it worked great. In the setup I learned that you hold the "set" button down for 3 seconds or until it beeps, then scroll through the different settings. When you find a setting you want to set, you hit the "set" button for 1 second, input your setting and then push the "set" button again for 1 second to get out of setting up that one particular parameter, and then scroll to the next. It took me a while, but I finally got the hang of it. My problem is that it worked great for 6 weeks, and then the humidity outlet (Work 2) stopped working. I tried my humidifier in the wall outlet and it worked fine, and I tried a light in Work 2 and it wouldn't work, yet the Error message for excessive low humidity was flashing. Right now I have emailed the company. I talked to Amazon Customer Service, which advised me that I have to go through the company directly to resolve the problem because it is 2 weeks past the return window. Customer service gave me the phone number for the company, where I left a voice mail. I need this device to work!

I’ve connected it up as a heater to warm covered outdoor pool equipment. The warming elements are 3x 60W light bulbs. So far, after 1 week, it seems to be working as expected. I set the “on” temp for warming to start at 37F and the “off” or rising temp to 42F. It has been working correctly cycling on/off several times during the winter temp night/day swings. I like the separate Heat and Cool plugs as it makes it simple to know the mode and what to plug the heater elements into. I didn’t want any alarms going off, so I set the low alarm really low (-10F) and the high really high (120F). I only plan to use this in the winter and not the summer for pool equipment freeze protection. I plan to leave it outside permanently but will probably unplug it in the late spring when it’s no longer necessary. I like the easy to read display but setting the temp may be slightly confusing, but easy. There are settings for both temp differences (on/off) for heaters or coolers so I just ignored the cooling settings. Not too bad once you try it out and get the hang of it.

I'm using this to control the temp and humidity on an sausage aging cabinet. Works as expected. Very easy to program,Came with an extra probe however if one does stop working im not sure how i would actually know.🤔. Don't lose the instructions without them it's hard to know what each code controls because the abbreviations dont always make sense. I've been running for a month or so now without issues in controls. My fridge is running very close to my 70% target ranges so the humidifier doesn't really run that aften. That may change when the season switches, I almost bought a more expensive brand that has an outlet for both a dehumidifier and humidifier because i have both. I figured If over the year the humidy drastically swings I'll just switch them out. For the price it's working great

Been working reliably for over a month. Freezer temperature is much more stable now. Interface is decently easy to program (manual included) and the backlight does stay on at all times so you can keep an eye on temp.

It is pretty large and does not mount on wall easily gave three stars because of the bulk

At first it worked great. But for whatever reason this product broke completely and wouldnt work after just a week. Stopped powering the heater altogether. My plants nearly froze to death. Returned this item, very disappointed.

The instructions are a little hard to understand at first. But once you plug it in and start going through the parameters it's a piece of cake. This is a great controller with more functions that the stand alone controllers. The price is more than fair for what your getting. It also comes with one extra replacement probe. I really have no complaints. I think you will be quite happy if you're considering buying one of these dual controllers.
