First, this item is low cost and I purchased expecting issues. The positives: The item arrived on time and there appeared to be no damage to the outer packaging. Once it is put together it is very sturdy and does the job. For the price it is acceptable, which is why I gave 4 star overall. If I had paid double the price (some are), It would have gained 1 star. The glass top was smashed (see picture and below) but I decided to contact the supplier and suggest I would keep the whole item if they offered a part refund. They resonded quickly, with a very acceptable offer and issued the refund. Top marks for customer service team.Negatives: When I opened the box I found the glass top for the small table was smashed. It was under the settee cushion which offered some protection, but was sat on top of some of the frame pieces. Not a great idea. It would have stood a better chance if it had been sandwiched between the 2 seat cushions and the settee cushion. The bolts suppied to fasten the pieces together are good quality. However, the threaded inserts which the bolts screw into are tac welded into the frame at all sorts of angles. So, it is a good idea to screw the bolts part way in before assembly of each piece. This will give you an idea of the angle the bolts wants to go at. Otherwise you may be trying to screw the bolt in square-on to the insert and get it cross threaded. The stitching on the cushion pads is secure but as you can see from the pics, not great. The description should really be changed to "rattan effect". I can't imagine anyone would expect "rattan" at this price but even so. The "rattan" is basically printed plastic strips wrapped around a metal frame.All this said, for the cost it is acceptable and, if like me, it gets used occassionally, it should last years.

Really easy to assemble. Tools and instructions included so a straight forward task. Seems sturdy enough and looks really great in my garden. The cushion covers can be taken off and washed too. I’m super happy with the price. I feel I got value for money..

Awful, very flimsy and rattan not tight, screw holes don't match up, cushions are not of good quality, don't think it will last very long, seats are small

I suggest setting out the parts first and assembling them as instructions as it is easy. I had one bolt crossthread but that was my fault for rushing to screw it to the well aligned screw hole and it made no difference to stability of the seat. It is a nice size and comfortable. I chose the colour grey and it fits in very well. Lovely little patio set, well worth the price.

Super comfortable however it was a nightmare to put together, at times requiring three people to push together parts to allow us to screw it together, we also almost definitely taught the kids some new words in the process of building this as it’s it’s also really hard to ensure all screws line up in the arms and therefore took twice as long as it should have done to put together due to having to screw, unscrew wiggle and rescrew. Overall a seemingly sturdy enough piece of furniture however it definitely loses stars because of the difficulties putting it together.

This is a nightmare to assemble.Came with no instructionsIf you tighten the screws too much it breaks the frame.Some of the screw holes don’t line up.Once up looks nice but definitely the situation of buy cheap get cheap. The seats are very narrow and wouldn’t fit a plus sized person, heck it wouldn’t even fit a size 14 women on comfortably.But it’s built after lots of stress, I’m just glad I have other seating to use as I wouldn’t trust sitting on these. It’s now for the kids 🤦🏻‍♀️
