Can you apply this on existing thermoal screens? how well it comes off when no longerneeded? does it leave marks?

Sorry, don't know about thermal screens. It's not been easy to get the sticky tape off and it'll probably stay until the whole windows can be replaced tbh. In fact just removed the whole film due to serious condensation issues developing. The windows were fine (condensation free) but the increasing humidity was condensing in corners and on walls after a couple of weeks, despite attempts to ventilate rooms/house. Bought a humidifier instead.

What is the max window height this can fit now that the product comes pre-rolled? Is it 62 inches?

If your window is 5 foot 2 inches wide you have 35 foot of hight to work with !!!!! . I thing you need a measuring tape first .

Can this be placed on the outside of the door? I have sliding doors and want to insulate them seperately so I can still open them

I went around each panel of my large patio doors (4 panels) so I could still open them. I had enough film but has to use extra double-sided tape (bought one from a stationers)

it seems that windows cant be opened once film is applied. is that correct? possible to apply film to individual panels, to allow windows to open?

I went around the frame of each individual window and also had to do that for my patio doors (I got both kits) it used more tape but I just used other double sided tape when it ran out.
