How many W2812B strips can I connect together with this?

All depends on how many LEDs/what brightness/which color for each LED. At 5V, each LED draws about 50mA, when set to its full brightness.

DC5V6A 30W is OK for WS2813 16.4FT 300LED LED Strip . But we recommend you light up some chasing color lighting effects .Light up 1 color（red or green or blue) 0.1W/LED . Light up 2 colors (red+green) 0.2W/LED , Light up 3 colors (red+green+blue=mixed white) 0.3W/LED .Please don't light up mixed white . Does the 5v10a power supply maintain 5V constant even at 80% (8A) output or does it drop below 4.7V?

I don't know for sure. However, if your standard split system 200 Amp service fails, you have a lot bigger problems than fluctuating voltage converted by this power brick. The only way your question could be answered would be to test it in person. But you could only do that if you purposely dropped the source voltage by 20%. You could do that, but I think it would be a waste of time. You would need some type of voltage regulation equipment, and the test would take a lot of time to set up. The bottom line is, most American (utility provided) residential power systems provide consistent voltage/current outputs to homes that are not going to fluctuate 20% (so that you are left with 80% output).

Included adapter not working.

The power supply is fine. Don't count on the included adapter. The one I received is open in the negative (-) circuit.

Got this for an Arduino project to run an led strip and a sensor to make a truck parking sensor for parking in the garage since the space is tight. Worked perfectly. Been running it for awhile now and its still rockin.

Output not 6 Amps. Not even 1 Amp.

When I first opened the box and handled the power supply (BTF-LIGHTING AC100-240V to DC5V6A Max30W) I thought it seemed a bit lightweight to be capable of 6 Amps, so I decided to test it. The no-load voltage was 5.3VDC, which was good. I then attached a 5-Ohm, 10-Watt resistor across the terminals, which should draw: I = V/R = 5/5 = 1 Amp. The voltage dropped to 4.7VDC. So, this power supply, that is advertised to supply up to 6 Amps at 5VDC, could not even output 1 Amp! This performance was so bad that I assumed I must have a defective unit. I returned it to Amazon for a replacement. When the replacement arrived I tested it the same way. Same result! Back to Amazon for a full refund this time. Unfortunately, Amazon won't let me give it zero stars.Update: It's been a couple weeks and I got my refund today. The note in the e-mail notice from Amazon says "Reason for return: Item shipped late."
