The instructions on the bottle say : Shake well before using. Take about 0.7 to 1.0 ml one full squeeze of the dropper bulb in 2 - 4 oz of of juice or water up to 2 - 4 times per day. It has a sweet taste to it, unlike the the liquid herbs that are in alcohol ( such as from Herb Pharm- which also state to take between meals). This product does not state if it can be taken with food. I normally take it away from food. I hope this helps.

Q: I dont see the usda organic seal. It says organic but where is the seal?

Try Herb Pharm brand tincture. It states on the label USDA certified organic. I always buy all organic supplements. Herb Pharm works good for me. Bear in mind what works well for on person might not work well for another as everyone's body is different. So we all react differently to medicines and supplements. Don't get discouraged.
