An excellent lip balm / moisturizer for your lower lips. Very safe & health-promoting ingredients. Great value; organic is worth paying a bit extra for when used on intimate areas or any irritated/damaged skin/ mucous membranes! Just enough beeswax to help maintain a protective barrier (compare to using coconut or olive oil by itself), without leaving a waxy feel or buildup. Not just for menopause! Very helpful for those on hormonal birth control, hormone blockers or hormone therapy, or medicines which cause dry mucous membranes (side effect is usually listed as “dry mouth”); protection against irritation during periods, breastfeeding, peri-menopause, urinary leakage, diarrhea, or chemotherapy; for those with conditions causing tissue dryness/fragility / thin skin eg Sjogren’s & Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. (Please see a Dr for infections or other medical problems!) When first starting, it may take use several times a day for 7-10+ days before your tissue can fully heal and rejuvenate. U might only need once daily, but with my multiple problems, I use a dime- to penny-size amount right after each shower, every night, and 1-3 more times per day (I keep a jar in my bathroom and nightstand), plus often a 1/2 dose right before intimacy. (May damage latex condoms/toys). A jar still lasts months! If I forget a few times, I start to have discomfort which is immediately relieved with application. I combine with vaginal inserts: Ah! Yes VM (aloe-based) plus Femallay (plant oil-based), but many women will only need one.

I have very bad burning and dryness from menopause. I am so dry and sensitive.. I am chemically sensitive and especially in the feminine area. I battle menopause and problems from being chemically sensitive. This area is always burning and irritated from wiping, showering and using soap. Now due to menopause I burn and am dry even more. I burn on the inside and outside. I am so irritated it hurts to touch that area at all. BUT, this cream has made some changes in all that. First, I have had NO reaction to this cream, it has no odor and is very, very moisturizing. It is a little soft/runny, not firm, but it's in the bathroom and it might be best to keep in the fridge until use. It would feel much cooler that way. :) Anyhow, there is no burning when I apply this and of coarse, I only apply to the outside.. never put something like this inside of you, unless you know that it won't cause problems. It doesn't take a whole lot and the burning stops very quickly after applying this cream. It actually feels nice and if I don't apply it each day, the burning returns to remind me. After I apply it, I can feel it for a good while, but it hasn't left any messy stains in my clothing. I am truly glad I decided to give this a try. I was at the end of my rope with all this dryness and burning. I am just impressed with how well and fast this works to stop all that. I highly recommend giving it a try. It can not hurt, but it can solve your problem very quickly if it's right for you.

Good moisture but directions State not to apply it internally so obviously not for anyone seriously dry and/or experiencing atrophy. I tried it as directed without any adverse reactions so that is a big plus but the moisture was not long lasting. IMHO if used exactly as directed and I mean EXACTLY it will give moisture but unlikely to be exactly what you’re looking for…

Fantastic product, it truly helps if you are living with discomfort and irritation due to dryness from hormonal changes. I like that it is all natural oils but it is rather thick. I use another one of this companies liquid products that has many of the same ingredients to thin it down to my preferred thickness. One application will last for a very long time. It will however stain your clothes but a panty liner will solve that problem very easily. Overall it works well and will give you so much relief from all the irritation and dryness.

One of the better formulas for the private area, just need a better smell.

Sure, I suppose if you want to spread rancid grease on your hoo-hoo then this is definitely the product for you. I do not understand how anyone could think this is the best we can do for natural ingredient vulva moisture assistance. Plain coconut oil is better, with less chance of giving you a nasty infection or making you smell like your fridge’s produce drawer after forgetting to take out a bag of rotten Brussel sprouts before you left for vacation. If anyone manages to have sexual relations after using this, their partner must have lost their sense of smell from Covid. The stench is just woefully, depressingly bad for anyone’s self esteem. Menopause is tough enough without having to stink. I was curious as to what this hideous sludge would do to my skin so I did a patch test on my hand. The next day it was red and slightly itchy like a yeast infection. Does it have actual yeast in it?! The ingredients are natural, but also unrefrigerated, and seem to me to be a prime medium for the growth of fungus and bacteria. I mean, we could rub all natural room temperature cream cheese on our bits too, but it wouldn’t be a good idea. Since so many of us battle UTIs in meno due to thinning skin, I don’t want this rank mixture anywhere near my urethra. YMMV, but my experience insists I warn my sisters to RUN from this stuff.

Excellent product. Relief is instant, easy to apply, definitely not oily . It is a subject most don't wish to discuss. However, as we age dryness is very common . At times , it would be unbearable - there was No relief . I searched and read multiple reviews. This works!

I have been looking to change the cream I have been using for my menopausal symptoms. If you are in this boat, you know how important it is to have a cream that does not a job. I am so glad I found this one! finally, a company that knows what it means to have products that are certified organic, the ingredients are actually food grade! So I feel I am not putting a bunch of chemicals on my body when I use it, which is all the time. It is super moisturizing so it gives me instant relief. I will definitely keep buying this product again! Please don't discontinue it!! it's hard finding good products!!
