One of two came defective, lack of QC
Ordered two, one as a gift, one for myself. The first one I opened I tried to attach the shoulder strap, found out there was no attachment hook on either the strap or the handle for one of the sides. Thought that was strange and took a look at the second one that I ordered, it has two hooks.
