I have installed this automatic pump controller in my house through a plumber. Now and then it was giving problem. it was working intermittently. Many times I had to reset the controller. One day I opened the controller and cleaned the diaphragm (pressure sensor) made of rubber. Now it is working ok.

Not a great product. The description doesn't match with actual product. Not a automatic water controler. Don't waste your money on it.

Controller works good, we fitted it to a 0.5hp motor and pressure was really boosted. But only concern was that this controller operates motor every now and then to keepup the pressure, even when none of the water outlets are opened. Like motor runs and stops for 30 seconds every 1.5 minutes even when none of the tap connected is used.

This is a pressure boosting pump. It automatically cuts in when water pressure in the pipe falls upon opening taps and cuts off the pump when is not required to run.
