Quality acacia wood. Well made. Will last.
Quality acacia. Large, perfect for a good sized salad. Looks like it could last forever. Wood so no dishwasher. Just rinse with small amount of soap.

A bit disappointed as the finish of the set left something to be desired. A bit rough and needed some sanding and mineral oil treatment to get it to a place I was happy. Expected more from this brand but otherwise, I'm happy to use it.
