Design issue
The lid which allows access to fill the tank with water was not only difficult to open but where it hinges is too close to the safety valve. I have removed the lid to make it easier to fill the tank and to release the safety valve. So far I have used the floor brush, towel, carpet glider and ironing brush. Pleased with the amount of steam produced.
