I was excited for these and bought 2 different colors for my baking projects. They arrived today and I opened one up to get a closer look. My husband grabbed the biggest ones and tried to eat one. I thought he was going to break a tooth! He couldn't bite through it. Eventually he just sucked on it and then it just disintegrated in his mouth. YUCK!!!Would never purchase these again and warn all others out there to look elsewhere for sprinkles. After all sprinkles should be chewable not rocks.

I used these eatable pearls to decorate cake , they looked so beautiful, can’t tell that their candies .

Quick decor for cake but smaller ones are difficult to place. Tried using tweezers but just to slippery to hold

These are pretty but the 2 larger sizes are jawbreakers! Not good to put on your desserts, unless you want someone to break their teeth or God forbid a child choke. I purchased these Only because of the larger size edible pearls ,so I can't use them unfortunately.
