I have it at my kitchen sink. I added a coat of Mod-Podge that is meant to be dishwasher safe. I wouldn't put this in the dishwasher, this is just what I had on hand to help keep it from getting wet and ruined over time. It's on the smaller side but I didn't want something too big. It's enough for a bottle of hand soap and Dawn Power Wash. That is all I wanted it for. I think it would be cute in a bathroom/powder room or even on a dresser for perfumes or lotions etc. It says it has a matte finish but I couldn't tell. I bought one for myself and as a gift to my sister in a housewarming gift basket. She loved it and so do I!

Easy to assemble and very sturdy . It looks and feels like a more expensive piece. It is bigger than I expected . It is adorable and cleans easily.
