I have been using this liquid vitamin D3 for a few years now, it is great. Based on my research, I take a large doses of the vitamin, approx. 10 drops of he 4000 unit each. Reason: I live in Southern Maine and we have a winter with not much sun, and spring tends to have many rainy days. This liquid vitamin does not have any aroma, it just creates a large drop on the top of the water, so you just enjoy drinking it. It has too many health benefits to list here, google and learn more about, or listen to the doctors on YouTube.
