I had been waiting for this pair to get to me for a long time, I haven’t had earphones in a long time and the gym was getting unbearable without music. The sound is good, noise cancellation and transparency modes are pretty good, all in all I would give this pair of headphones 4 stars. HOWEVER: I am constantly switching between apps at work while listening to music, podcasts etc. anytime I switch apps, the connection with one of the earbuds always goes out. There’s damn near nothing you can do to fix it minus taking both earphones out, putting them in the case, and hoping that resetting them will fix it. These are great headphones, the app is a little clunky but the EQ option is pretty sweet. Just wish the connections between the two headphones were more stable. UPDATE: I found out that my right earphone only has a max battery life of 30-45 minutes, and as I mentioned earlier, buying these headphones was in order to workout. I’m only halfway done with my workout when I lose my connection and battery life in the riggt ear piece, and this is very frustrating.

Long story short, the battery life on the pair that I received is 1 hr, 2 hr max on a good day. Really frustrating because I ditched my Airpods for this brand; I love the design, the color, and the overall feel of these earbuds but can't understand if I'm doing something on my end to only make them last a couple of hours AT MOST (on average they die within <45 minutes of playtime). I've gone back and forth to make sure I have ANC off, spatial off, everything at the base settings and still no luck getting them to extend past the 2 hr. mark, not at all what is advertised. (Have left them charging for a while, using their provided cable, doing everything correctly, etc.) Seriously believing I received a defective product. Hope it's not the case for everyone. I bought a few months ago hoping they'd get better with time over more charges and use, but no luck. I wanted to really like these, but they're making it extremely difficult.
