I have owned this now for 4 years and it still looks great.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Sunbrella has always been an excellent brand name. I wanted a sturdy umbrella for our deck as well as for the ventilation and solar lights. I have owned this now for 4 years and it still looks great. Only one light no longer works, but there are many, so it is not that noticeable. The fabric is excellent quality, durable, good weight, the color has not faded, and it functions perfectly! It was a great choice. I would highly recommend this product. Thank you.

Superior engineering and good value. We're buying a second one.
We wanted a second umbrella on our large patio and went to a home seller that has a large TV ad budget. Our original umbrella is 20+ years old and it's black Sunbrella fabric has not faded despite intense direct sun. Couldn't find what we wanted with Sunbrella , but ordered a $300 umbrella. It arrived looking and feeling skimpy and the pole broke when we first attempted to tilt. We decided to go to Amazon, found this seller using Sunbrella and promising superior engineering. It didn't disappoint. The pole feels sturdy, the frame is clearly strong and better constructed. The more refined engineering of the solar lights also makes the umbrella look more elegant. It even came in a well designed box that made unpacking and setup easy. This company has clearly put good engineering into crafting a superior product and we are now planning to order another to have an identical pair on our patio. Worth every penny and an excellent value compared to other products out there that are both more expensive and more cheaply made. Recommend without reservation.

Attractive, sturdy, but misleading description
The umbrella is fine; it's attractive, it feels sturdy, and the lights and crank work well so far. It's not a problem for me, but for those who take the product's non-fading claims seriously ("10 years non-fading top", "fadeproof"), you should know that what the mfr is actually offering is a pro-rated discount on purchase of a replacement cover: 90% discount year 1, 80% year 2,etc., on up to a mere 10% discount in year 9. 6 month warranty on the frame, "10 years" on the canopy (meaning just the pro-rated discount? 10 yrs actual replacement warranty for issues other than fading? Unclear.)

Price is right for what you get. I would recommend it.
FabricIt's nice and thick material, seems like it's high quality. I'm comparing to my other $100 umbrella that is still strong after 2 years. This one seems much thicker, so I don't think it will be an issue. Color looks nice.Led lightsLeds last all night. The battery can be replaced in it which is a big pluss. It's built in and high quality. No complaints. Switch is nice. High quality solar panel.Wind.It did not struggle in 10 to 15 mph winds. However time will tell. Seems like it should be fine though. I would collapse it over 15mph. Just make sure you dont cheap out on the base.CrankIt's harder to crank than my other, however it's 3 teir and that may have something to do with it. It's not an issue at all for me and I have a tripple spine fracture. It's plastic casing, but seems like it should be strong enough to serve its purpose.PolePretty much the same as my $100 umbrella. Not a complaint, seems to be strong.LooksLooks great, very happy. See image.Overall quality.I give it 3 to 4 years. It's new. But judging off this quality compared to my other umbrella. 3 to 4 years is good in my opinion. Will update if anything changes.

A piece of junk, and emails to the manufacturer were returned as undeliverable,
This was supposed to be "Used - Like New" but not only was it the wrong model (1 normal umbrella instead of the 3-tiered wind-resistant umbrella), the solar-powered lights never came on despite charging the solar cell in the sun for multiple days, and some kind of spring inside the umbrella jutted out of the mechanism for tilting the umbrella. I bought it in the off-season and just set it up this spring, so it's too late for me to return it. Tried contacting the company's customer support email address (couldn't find a phone number), and despite 3 tries after verifying the correct email address, all of my emails came back undeliverable. So this is a very expensive piece of junk.

EliteShade Umbrella is Fantastic
I want to tell all those who are considering buying an outdoor umbrella to seriously consider buying this one. We bought ours in 2021, 5 years ago, and it still looks brand new! There is no fading of the material, the 80 lights are fantastic and the mechanism and ease of using everything is terrific. As you can tell, we are extremely happy with our purchase.

Amazing quality after 2 seasons in direct sun.
Best umbrella I’ve purchased to date. 2 years no issues and no fading. Pretty bright solar lights still going strong! Recommend.
