Q: Any warranty ? Like craftsman ?

Not that I low of but the best snips I’ve ever used only brand I’ll use I’ve used them for 25 years and never broke a pair yet

Q: What’s the difference between these and the 6510 snips other than these are half the price?

It's the angle of the cutting head to the horizontal plane one is cutting on. These lay much flatter to the plane one is cutting on while the 6510 would have the handles at a greater angle off the plane. They're good when you don't have a lot of room left or right, but you have height, like when one is cutting the top of a sheet metal duct between floor joists.

Q: Is there any serration on the blades that transfers to the cut? I'm looking for sheet metal cuts with a smooth clean cut, without any "teeth marks"

No serrations nice smooth cut use them for ceiling grid all the time

Q: can this cut through plexiglass?

No idea but why would you want to cut plexiglass with snips any how
