We put up puppy (baby) gates in 2022 & used these to insert the gates into. I always thought that when we took them down, the wall would be damaged as we had to tighten the gates so tight against the doorway.I'm happy to report that we've just taken them down & you can't even tell they were there!So no worries... if you need them ... BUY THEM!!!

Not only does it protect the wall but it makes it more secure and less likely to fall off, it’s wider compared to the regular padding that comes on baby gates so it makes it more stable. I really wish I found these earlier.

This absolutely saved us because our hallway was slightly too wide (by less than an inch) for the gate. Because it was just barely holding on, it could move around slightly with enough force. Obviously not the best situation for a safety gate.This product added just a little more to make the hallway “narrower” while also providing great surface for more friction. With these additions, the gate is a lot more sturdy and stable.

These would work great, except for the fact that it raises the foot threshold 2 inches, which causes a trip hazard

I really like how these save the surface of the wood on my door jams. They are easy to install and appear to be well made. They fit my situation quite well.

These do exactly what they say. They were easy to install and blended in with our gate. We got them to keep our dogs from moving the gate and getting up in our bay window. They hold the gate in place perfectly, so our dogs and our window each have their own space.

It does what it’s supposed to do.
