Fantastic Laptop - Dell's Equivalent of a Surface Book without a Surface Book price!
As a long time Microsoft Surface laptop user at work (three or four of them), I was looking for a similar experience for home without having to pay "Microsoft Surface prices" -- this laptop absolutely fits the bill. Much to my surprise, I'm actually liking this Latitude a lot better than my Surface Laptop 4 in several respects, even. As with my work laptop, this one is an i7 processor with 16 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD drive. I believe the screen size is the same between them, too (this one seems slightly wider, and the Surface seems slightly taller). The keyboard on this Lattitude is significantly better, not just in tactile feel but even in simple layout choices -- e.g. not having the power button directly next to the delete key, like the surface, so that you accidently turn it off 4 times a day. I do find the arrow keys on this one a little undersized, however, compared to the Surface. The backlighting and function arrangement is about the same between the two.The HD screen on this Latitude is incredibly sharp and the touch feature is very responsive - it may be in my head, or in some settings, but it actually feels more responsive than my Surface Book. I'm one of the rare users that actually likes to use the touch-screen feature over a mouse\touchpad. The screen also feels clearer to me, but could just be because it's cleaner. The trackpad is unquestionably nicer than the Surface (not hard, let's be honest...) and has deeper buttons than a Surface, including a rubberized feel that I like. I worry that the rubberized coating is going to make it hard to keep clean, but this is something it shares in common with the Surface Book.Another advantage: unlike all of the Microsoft (and Apple) laptops I've ever used, this one has a lot of useful ports! HDMI, 2x USB-3, 1x USB-C (which it can charge from \ use a dock), some sort of digital camera hookup and a few different SD card readers -- and my favorite of all -- a drop-down network jack! After carrying around (and sometimes forgetting) a USB dongle to give myself a reasonable number of USB ports, an HDMI port for presentations and a network jack for locations where the printer is not setup on wifi, this is an incredibly welcome feature. So far, the only feature difference I have noticed where my work Surface Book is better than this Latitude is with the Web Camera type. The web camera on this machine is perfectly fine, but is a standard camera and not one of the 3D scanning or Infra-Red cameras found on all Surface models. What this means to the average user is that you can't use the Windows Hello facial recognition feature on this device and are forced to type in a pin or password (the horror...).In terms of the Amazon backed 3rd party refurbishment, this Lattitude looks and feels practically brand new. There are a few tiny scratches on the back, but otherwise, I would have no idea this wasn't a brand new Laptop. Given that it was probably north of $1,500 new (manufactured in 2019 -- I did a serial number lookup with Dell), and that I got it for under $300 with tax\shipping etc., this is an absolutely phenomenal deal. The setup was clean right out of the box, and I was able to upgrade it to Windows 11 Pro in under thirty minutes (it came with Win 10 Pro, which can upgrade to Win 11 pro for free via Windows Update). For what I suspect is supposed to be Dell's answer to the Microsoft Surface Book, I highly recommend this machine and this refurbishment vendor! I'm absolutely loving this little laptop!

Working great, good deal!
The laptop arrived as promised. I’ve been using it for about 3 months. So far so good. It’s a refurbished model, I don’t have any issues with it

Not able to reach seller with either phone number provided with the laptop.
Of the two phone numbers SupremeDealsCR provided for support, one is not in service and the other usually says it is unavailable. The number for laptop power issues rings through on occasion but usually says not available at this time. When it does ring through you get voice mail but no one calls you back when you leave messages. The laptop is nice but the screen occasionally blinks off and on at random and I am concerned it may stop working. This would have been a 4 or 5 star review if I could just get ahold of someone to address the screen blinking issue.Updated to 4 stars - the seller responds quickly to the email provided and after troubleshooting was unable to resolve and provided a shipping label for returning for a refund. The laptop was very nice but could not resolve the screen blinking issue.

Everything works
This is the Dell Latitude 7390 Touchscreen Laptop, 13.3-inch FHD Touch Display (NOT the 2 in 1), Intel Core i7-8650U. Perfect condition, ALL ports work, the battery is in very good shape (I was ready to replace it, This would be usual for a used lap top.) In this case, it's not necessary. I I have the option to upgrade the SSD and wireless to wifi 6E, but the current wifi 5 is working very well as is the SSD. Don't think I'm going to bother upgrading either very soon. "If it isn't broken, don't fix it" kinda thing. Delivered as promised. Since everything is working, I have no idea how the vendor (OdysseyComputersMD) would be in product support. Either OdysseyComputersMD's quality control is very good, or I just got lucky. I Five stars!

Number keys did not work
While trying to input my wifi information right out of box most of the number keys did not work and lid would barely stay open. I guess it is my fault for trying to save a buck, just ordered a new one from Dell, returning and will not be using EN-TECH again. I did not try anything else if number keys do not work unit is useless to me.

It worked great until it didn't
I bought this to replace a very old desktop that I had had for years and years. It was working great up until 5 month ago when it deleted my printers( nope I didn't) we got them back on(same printers) and 2 months ago it deleted my laser printer and wouldn't let it back on. Today(May 5 '24) it delete both printers and will not let them communicate to it to actually print anything on either installed printers. In less than a year it began acting up and now just over a year( April 15th) it is pretty much a storage unit and nothing more.I own an older dell laptop that is running both printers so I know it isn't the printers that are the problem. But this was my upstairs laptop for embroidery work.Disappointed to say the least, now I have to find yet another to accommodate what this one should be doing. The touch screen was nice but not really used much.
