Tastes good
It's nice to have gf keto options. The bagels are smaller than regular bagels but acceptable. Pricey but nice for having a change at breakfast.

Worst ever
Let me start off by saying I have been doing keto for over a year now and have tried many products. This was by far one of the worst products I have tried. First of all they do not come the way the look in the photo. They aren't fluffy, they come deflated and flat and not cut in half. They also have a somewhat pink tone to them on the inside which I am not sure if that has something to do with the metallic taste they have or if it uses lupin flour to make it or what. The taste is more of a rubbery metal which I is not my preference of taste. Not sure how they got deflated either. Anyway I will not be buying again and it was a total waste of money. I made bacon egg and cheese bagels with these and cut and toasted them. I also tried them plain and it was still a big fat no go for me. I'm even ashamed to take these to my church food pantry for donation because they are so nasty. I did not expect much because no one can really replicate bread and bagels and potatoes or any real good yummy carb filled treat but come on.... I would have been happy with the rubbery bread taste if it wasn't crumbly fall apart and metally. Ugh

Best option I have found for restricted diets.
First of all, I am a certified wholistic health and wellness coach and have studied nutrition for over 30 years. However, I am not an expert by any means and I do not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Most of the knowledge I have obtained was due out of necessity, when conventional M.D.'s were unable to help my son recover from severe IBS and prediabetes. Since then, I have searched high and low for a bread substitute that fits our needs. While this bread does contain yeast, which we try to avoid, we have had no problems using it to give us variety in our meal plan (limited to a few times per week, not everyday). I am looking for more studies on the "resistant" ingredients that are being used in place of whole grains in "bread" type products on the market for low carb, keto diets and how they are processed by the body. Someone else has commented that this bread kicks them out of ketosis from their experience. As for my personal review on this particular product, my household has been very pleased with the keto/low carb sandwich bread and bagels. The two bread types are similar in smell and basic taste (quite bland), however, different in texture and flavors. The seed and onion bagels are overly embellished for our taste; but I do order them occasionally and remove a lot of the seeds before consumption. The onion is too strong for our liking, but the seeded bagels still work well for a burger bun or sandwich. It's best used as part of a meal, rather than eating it alone. If you are a fan of onion, it is good toasted and served with the herb and onion cream cheese spread; and bacon, ham, salami and cheese pair well with the onion. The blueberry bagels are my personal favorite. They have real blueberries, but more like a few bits and not a full-flavored blueberry taste; so I often top the slices with blueberry cream cheese. These are delicious just buttered and toasted. Toasting them does help bring out the natural juice of the blueberries, which lends a little more flavor. I personally love the Choc Zero fruit jam with these. The sandwich bread slices are great for toast, as well as grilled sandwiches. I prefer my bread slices buttered from edge to edge to prevent burning the bread before it reaches desired crispness. Toasting both sides is a game-changer, in my opinion. Try it! The sliced bread is moist on the inside and a bit annoying to eat, as it sticks badly to teeth and gums; but it beats the other gluten free brands that are too dry, gritty and crumbly. Toasting or grilling it eliminates the stickiness. Some reviewers stated that this bread is dry and crumbly; but that has not been my experience at all. Maybe they froze theirs, then thawed it before using it?We have 5 consumers in our household and have no problem using it before it goes bad without freezing it.TIP: I suggest baking slices of the bread to dry it out or use a dehydrator to make your own croutons and breadcrumbs, then store in the freezer for later use or in mylar bags with oxygen absorbers for longer term storage. Just be sure to vacuum seal it. You can toss the croutons in melted butter or oil, herbs and spices then reheat when you are ready to consume it. You could also use the bread crumbs mixed with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar monk fruit for a baked fruit topper. No waste! I posted pics of the blueberry bagel for reference.FYI: I am not a rewarded reviewer, just an ordinary consumer like you. I enjoy helping others take charge of their own health and path to wellness.

Is More Usable than Most+
I have been low carb forever, but just recently went gluten free. Low carb breads have not been that great in the past, in my opinion. This bagel and bread seems to be better than the others. I like it fine. No, it is not like the old white breads, but it works well for most things. I even made holiday stuffing/dressing with it. First time I had that in years!

Meh
They’re really small and not too tasty. Also more calories than other brands that are larger and moderately more tasty. Maybe it really is that hard to make a tasty low-carb bagel.

Low carb minus the fiber
I was tired of all the very high carbs and calories in gluten free bagels! These were the answer to my prayers! They taste similar to a real bagel and toast nicely! I know they are pricy but shipping is free. They arrive within 7-10 days. They only cons are they are a tad small and did not arrive frozen in with freezer packs! I kept one lack out and froze the other packs! Worth the price to save on carbs, add fiber to your diet, and help with the bagel craving!

Very different consistency & flavor from the Carbonaut bread.
Flavor was bland and consistency was not the same as the low carb gluten free Carbonaut sliced bread. It was gummy, dense, seems undercooked. It tasted like the blueberry dough got mixed up in the dough for these plain bagels. The sliced bread is delicious. These bagels are only palatable if you sliced them thin and toast them into bagel chips.

Defective batch - Purchase was refunded 100%
Update: 100% Refunded-- This is the second time I have ordered the plain bagels. The first order was wonderful, but this second one looks either defective or improperly cooked. The bag is only half full, but they are not smashed from delivery. It's like the yeast failed or something? Has anyone else had this problem?
