The screen protector installation failed because of my mistake, is it covered under lifetime warranty? how can i contact megoo for warranty claims?

I had an issue with the first screen protector for my Surface Pro 6. Megoo sent me a replacement at no charge. This one worked great and has been great. I was bummed the first one broke, but customer service has been amazing and generous. service@megoozone.com. Hope this helps you.

does this screen protector effect the pen's sensitivity?

Yes and very well. The only problem I had with it was the relentless air bubbles.

What's it made of? It can't be glass or it wouldn't be flexible.

It is tempered glass I believe, flexible yet sturdy. But you will receive a email of step by step instruction how to install. If you follow what exactly what they say, it's easy to install and leave no bubbles at all!
