My #1 go to for my face for everyday use. Works for black people.
It's hard to find a mineral sunscreen with brand spectrum coverage that doesn't leave that dreaded white cast. I'm a dark skinned black woman and this does the job. I wear it under makeup too.

Love it!!
I can't say enough how much I love this product. No white cast! No harsh chemicals that always give me a headache! I wear it everyday and tint it with my darker shade foundation. Feels great on my body as well and blends so beautifully. Love that it's also water resistant. No dry sticky sunscreen feel. Very moist and no annoying smell.Love that Amazon had it cheaper than the store where I was getting it. I'll never use anything else !

Clean Product but will Leave Whitecast
I have medium/olive skin tone and it will leave a white cast unless you vigorously massage your face with it. I mostly got it because it is a clean product so I still think it’s worth the work of rubbing it in your face until the white cast diminishes.

My favorite out of the last 7 I've tried
I use this on my neck every day, combined with a lighter chemical face product. I've gone through 7 different comparable mineral sunscreens recently, and this one is my favorite for regular use. (Others probably last longer if you're in the water, or at least it feels that way.)

Wanna smell like Pennies all day? Get this
I’ve been looking for a good sunscreen that doesn’t produce white cast and this packaging specifically says there’s no white cast but when I put it on, no matter how much I spread it, I still looked like a ghost. Also, I smelled like coins all day and it did not feel lightweight at all.

Work fine but STINKS!!
This product works fine and my make up blends pretty well over it, but I don’t know if anyone else has had this experience. It smells absolutely dreadful. There’s a chemical and something else. I can’t even place stench to this product. I’m wondering, has it gone bad or is this just what it smells like? I literally have to breathe through my mouth until it is completely dry or it gives me a headache.

Light white cast, blends well
I was recently influenced that I should be using mineral sunscreens to protect the environment as well as my skin from UV rays, so I've been on a search for the perfect mineral sunscreen. I saw online that it's difficult to find a sunscreen without white cast in the states, but I think this Alba lotion is as close as I've gotten. The body and face lotion is a little thicker than the lotion marketed as just for the face. The body lotion blends out easily, but there is a light white cast. I used baby oil mixed with my bronzer over the top after it had set in, and it's indistinguishable from a natural skin tone now (and a shimmer bronzer just looks good in the sun). One thing is that the picture in the listing says spf 50, but the one I received is spf 45. (but I was seriously using spf 15 with mica shimmer added for the last 20 years of my life, so I think I'm going to be fine with spf 45)I tried the cetaphil mineral face and body lotion, and it left a white cast. I tried the aveeno mineral face and body sunscreen and it was even more white and chalky. It made me feel scaly. I even tried the Oars and Alps mineral face and body lotion with jojoba oil, and that one left me with a white cast worse than all of them. For reference, I am pale, and I use self tan lotion, but these other mineral sunscreens made me look chalky. I also had my partner use all of these products, hopeful that they might work differently on other skintypes. I'm fair and acne prone, and my partner is darker in complexion with dry skin. I looked well blended compared to how ghostly he was. I was especially surprised because Oars and Alps was marketed toward outdoorsy men, and marketed as moisturizing with the jojoba oil. He and I both found the Oars + Alps products to be greasy, sticky, white, and transferable to clothes and anything else you touch. This alba lotion is in too small of packaging, and takes longer to apply than spray sunscreens, but it feels the best, looks the best, and especially I'm impressed with the face lotion.

Really wanted to like this suncream, but didn't
Disappointing. This suncream starts to separate as you rub it in and it's difficult to rub in. As it warms to your skin, it does smooth out, but it feels sticky, even 2 hours later
