Unicorn Kids Bucket Hat with Removable Full Shield Outdoor Lightweight

After clicking on a lot of options, I bought this hat for my 5.5-year-old grandson. Fits perfectly. Shield clear and sturdy. It was an instant hit with both him and my daughter, who had to come to stay with me in Miami while I get a knee replacement. He will still wear a mask and practice social distancing, but it's a much appreciated (and fun) extra in protecting agains Covid. He's happy to wear it indoors, plus it offers sun protection at the beach.

Needed a shield for our infant son, and this one has worked out pretty well! It's a bit too big for an 8 month old, but still fits well enough. Minor issue of the reflective glare of the plastic (which probably can't be avoided?). It is difficult to take pictures of him when the sun is out...can't see through the reflection!

The hat is a little big for my 5 yrs old and my 1 1/2 yrs old. Construction is good . The shield is good except the middle it comes folded in half. It would probably be good for a 8 to 10 yrs old.

It’s a cute little hat. I purchased this for my daughter for her class. It’s quite stiff. I’ve washed it to see if it would loosen up but it hasn’t. We’ve used it once. I don’t really recommend this.

I was expecting this to be quite mangled but it was smooth and easy. My twin girls are 6 and big for their age (even if they weren't twins they are very tall). I was expecting this to be too small. But it fit just right. I may not be able to use it next year but it's good for a flight.

My daughter has to wear a mask or shield at school due to COVID-19, and this one doesn't bother her at all. The visor is clear and offers the necessary protection from droplets. The angle from her face is not uncomfortable and the whole thing is easy to take on and off for naps, eating, etc. The velcro keeps the visor securely attached to the hat. But it's easily removable so she can keep using the hat when the visor isn't needed. (She's a big fan of the unicorn.) Easy to clean, too.

I had high hopes for this. It was more expensive than others but the quality felt good. I put it in the washer with a wash net and still developed a hole. This is day before our flight to Hawaii. Another bucket hat with screen for $6 held up better than this one.Very disappointed because the quality felt much better than the others.

My 3 year old daughter refused to ware a mask or a face shield. But when she put the hat on she loved it it's comfortable and it's not up against her face . Great product definitely recommend.

Bought for my child works well and she enjoys wearing it. I like that The shield part is a thick plastic.
