I really wanted to love this chair. I was ok with the fact that the cushions are very firm. The fabric is soft and welcoming. That’s about the only positive thing I can say about it. The fabric is already pulled and fraying in some areas. The predrilled holes were not placed correctly on the front bottom piece, which resulted in a noticeable gap when the chair is closed and supposed to function as a chair. The right wheel will not go in the track without major coaxing, and then jumps out of the track at slightest move of the slide out part. Keep in mind, the bed will not fold out properly if the wheel is not in the track. Furthermore, I have to remove the only fluffy, comfortable part of the chair to be able to sit in it comfortably. The seat back pillow is nice, but the depth of the seat is too shallow when the pillow is in place to accommodate an average sized person. Otherwise, I feel like I’m sitting on the edge of seat. I am really regretting this purchase. I bought this because I needed a chair that doubled as an extra bed for the occasional visitor. Now I have a piece of furniture that really doesn’t suit for either function. Total waste of money.
