After months of pain and discomfort I was recommended this and that was one of the best recommendations I’ve had. Very effective, easy too use and works well, relieving discomfort.

I purchased this prior to my surgery in the last week of sever pain, hoping for some relief before going into surgery. But I found it tricky to use and not very soothing

This haemorrhoid cream seems to have adopted an innovative design of how to administer gel effectively to the areas. The tube is filled with compressed gel. To set it up, you put everything together except the plastic cap, press down the via holding blue cap and you could see the inside of the syringe rises while it is filling up with the gel.I found it quite difficult to line up the syringe with the 'target' without a few mis-hits of the surroundings. I have tried the plug-pill type in the past and it works pretty quick and easy, for this you will need to push in and press, not the most ergonomic design.It does help to calm down the situation especially when you have bleeding. But I found the traditional plug-pills also works pretty good at a fraction of the price.Not trying to criticise this product too much as the idea looks great but for average people like me this takes a little practice and you do need to clean the syringe after every use (instructions says twice a day) that I could do without using a pill. The high price is also an issue.

Purchased in April 2024 but not needed until recently, fortunately for me. Unfortunately the item doesn’t dispense at all. Total waste of money. Outside Amazon return window and zero support from company despite emailing them a few weeks ago. That’s an awful lot of money to pay for an item that is defective.

This is amazing- bit pricey.
