Q: Why is the 50 plus 4 pills and the regular one is 1 pill?

I like that it is 4 a day. I read that scientific studies show it is bad for you to take the much too potent one a day vitamins that often have 500 percent and more of your daily vitamin requirement. Getting vitamins from food is not the same as getting man made vitamins, even ones in a bottle and derived from food = our bodies cannot handle such high potency vitamins nor need such high percentages. It can cause health problems in the long run so I avoid them.

Q: Looking for a Niacin free vitamin, as the side effects of niacin are rough on my body. Are these niacin free? Thanks in advance!

Yes. It contains 20mg of B3-Niacin (as natural niacin amide). My wife is also very sensitive to niacin, and we were a bit concerned. As you probably know, the recommended daily dose is 14mg for women, 16mg for men. However, we decided to subscribe to NATURELO based on several reasons. The daily dose of vitamins was carefully thought; best dosage formula of any multivitamin we've found. Calcium and Magnesium ratio is perfect (2 to 3) and very hard to find this replicated elsewhere. We liked the content and source of Vitamins A, E and K. We also were very attracted to the natural sources of all vitamin and mineral content. Finally, the additional blends seem really great - heart, digestive, eye, brain and organic fruit blends. To date, after 45 days of taking NATURELO, there have been no side effects such as skin rashes, or disrupted sleep. Several notes, she splits the daily intake of 4 tables to 2 in morning, and 2 in afternoon. Her rule is no vitamins after 6PM. It passes with flying colors.
