This is a lifesaver for me and my family. It helps with any cramping but especially for women. I got it first for pregnancy for natural birth by suggestion from my doula. Oh, it has a more flowery scent than other Arnica tinctures I've had, but it works, and makes life easier.

My favorite hand lotion was discontinued years ago. It was called Zim’s Crack Cream. It contained all natural ingredients. The main ingredients were arnica oil and glycerin. All other hand lotions contain ingredients you can’t pronounce. Two or three drops of this natural product placed in the palms of your hands is all you need. Your hands are not sticky but do have a slight smell of arnica oil which is pleasant. Thanks so much for this product!

I use it for minor pain on every member of the household including my aging dog. It helps with joint pain management as well.
