Wifi Smart Switch 16A 1 Channel, Modular Home Automation Product, Track Power Usage

It has been working smoothly for an year, and stopped suddenly, the customer support team responded took back the product repaired and returned it in working condition.

It worked from 01-02-2022 to 14-08-2025 Aprx 2.5Yrs Life Product is good and recomended, but Wifi Indicator worked for 2Yrs only

Tata EZ home app install was done and the connection to the switch made in a few trials. However I have not been able to integrate with Alexa. Each time I enable the skill and Try to login using the Tata ez home login the login screen gives me authentication error. I use an iPhone 11 and don’t know it is a platform issue.

UPDATE ( Feb 2025)- BUYER BEWARE: I had two switches die exactly few months after the warranty period ended. DO NOT BUY OLD REVIEW ( SEPT 2022) I bought this thanks to the Tata brand, there were lot of other brands and the only thing to rely there were the reviews on amazon. I hence went for a brand I trust. Now, coming to product there are some issues with the setup, I think a non-tech savy user might struggle to connect the device to the Wi-Fi router, this really requires some familiarity with technology ( especially Wifi), I think Tata would heed well to take a leaf out of Netgear's software, this was really clunky software. But, once setup the system and the automation worked flawlessly

Well built product. Got it installed from UC. Bough the housing and frame from a local store. The first UC technician goofed up the wiring. The second one fixed it. Working as scheduled and the physical on/off button is a boon. Waiting for the product to be back in stock to order another one.
