Bad Product and Service
The media could not be loaded. The product has come without the canopy the second time after requesting an exchange. I want to return the product and DO NOT want an exchange. My money should be reimbursed.

Product is nice but parts are missing in the package
Liked the lamp. However the wire is not 1 metre long as mentioned in the description and black canopy for fitting is also missing in the package . Request the seller to send the canopy at least so that it’s usable . Otherwise will have to return it .

Missing parts canopy
The light is nice but like some of the other reviews I have seen there r some parts missing like the canopy…. How can I fix it without that and when it is in the description it should be provided. Request Amazon to pls look into this

Please check whether it's working on 1st place
There was issue with the wire which has created problem for me to hang that light. The machine was not working
