Good product. Using it from the last 6 months without any issues. The product quality is awesome. Yes but it is tricky to install it at your own. Try contacting a technician for installation.

The rods are of poor quality and not heavy duty, even though the product claim to be. The rods are really thin and the guy who came to install it specifically asked me not to dry jeans bedsheet or other heavy ckothings on these rods. This product is not value for money. My local shop was giving me better quality for same price, I should have just bought better ones from local shop l.

Sorry to to borrow a line from the Beatles but I feel 6 feet as opposed to the 8 feet span mitigates the slack (bendability) that one gets despite a steel tube. However excellently efficient and well built.

I paid for 7 ft and I received 6 ft only that too covering was 7 ft one. I noticed it once installation was started it's wrong.quality also not that much good

The product is defective. 👎👎👎Defect came to light only after completion of installation.You say the product can not be replaced as it is out of stock.My problem is this:‘The installer URBAN Company has installed the product and gone. Now, I don’t have the tools and abilities to uninstall and return the contraption to claim a refund. So, not only have I lost the money that I have paid for the product and the installation, but I am also stuck with something that doesn’t work.Oh, what a super waste. 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🫣🫣🫣🫣🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨Please let me know how you are going to make-good my loss????Need an immediate answer.Very, very disappointing and frustrating .😥😓😥😓😥😓
