I have been looking and researching for a product to help with the very painful finger locking and joint pain that i have been experiencing for the last couple years. I purchased Omega-3 Black and took it for three months. After two weeks I started noticing less finger locking and joint pain. After a month of use I had no more finger locking at all. I ran out of Omega-3 Black and the finger locking came back within a week. I am sold on this product because it works for me. Probably just me but I get a bad headache every time I take this. Could be a bad batch, got really hot in my mailbox. No refund option.

Still figuring it out.
I don't know, maybe I'm not taking the recommended dosage correctly (I'm taking one in the a.m. and one at p.m.) or it could be that I take other prescribed meds that may be interfering with the effectiveness of this product. One thing I can say for sure is that I am at least 80% more pain free in mobility from time to time. I will continue using this product until it's done for my monies worth. This is my honest opinion.
