Does this have an increased water flow compared to the RV faucet?

I would say it's about the same, or would have been, but I removed the throttling valve that was installed right at the shower head. You don't need it since you can throttle the flow down or turn it off completely with this faucet valve. And it holds the temperature nearly constant when you do. That removed some pressure drop and seems to have increased the pressure at the shower head slightly. This is a great valve -- we really like it.

@seller - what is the lead content?

I don't know what the lead content is, With the faucet being European and the low price I would expect it to be yellow brass, high lead content.

Why does it cycle my on demand hot water heater in and off resulting in a cold blast about once per minute?

My guess would be flow rate. I read this on another forum regarding tankless water heaters and common issues causing intermittent cold, "Low water pressure is one of the most significant reasons why the tankless water heater suddenly cold during the shower. The flow within your device is lower than the activation flow rate required, resulting in the closing down of the gas burner or it may not ignite the burner at all." Does it work if you turn the temp knob full hot? Or take the shower head off and run it into a bucket. If that works, it would seem to definitely be flow rate. Most RV heads are 2gpm or less.
