The outside container is thick, hard cardboard. Everything fits inside. The bag of jacks and spinning tops goes inside and it is a canvas material. The 3 spinning tops are wood. The jacks are metal. The bouncy balls are rubber. The marble bottle is soft plastic, almost like a water bottle. The lid is metal. The marbles are glass. They feel very nice to shoot. It's a nice kit with enough pieces for even 3 or even 10 games to be going on at the same time. Great feel, quality toys, nice traditional games. Instructions are included.

This is such a fun, old school game set! My kids have been having a blast learning to play, retro style. Everything is of very fine quality, the three tops spin beautifully, the marbles and shooters are clean, smooth and shiny, and the jacks and balls are exactly as they should be, and not too sharp either. The included game instructions are clear and helpful, and lend so much more to the contents. I would 10/10 recommend this set as a fun birthday gift or special treat for any special little ones in your life.

My little one loves round things so I thought these would be perfect for her. This was a great surprise. It came very well packed. The marbles were all in one jar and the jacks, tops, and balled were in a little pouch. Then it’s all stored in a tube.Kept my little busy for hours. The marbles are hard and solid.I haven’t played jacks since I was a child. But I played for hours today. Felt like a kid again.

So surprised by this kit. It's very substantial, heavy even. Definitely giftable. Pieces are quality, well made, smooth, no sharp areas that need to be dealt with from the marbles to balls to jacks and tops. Well packaged for storage and to be used on the go!
