Good product, seems to work well for me, however, the menthol smell can be a little overwhelming, but does taper off after a few minutes.

Bio freeze works real good for my knee joints, my shoulder joints and elbows. I prefer the menthol smell. Clears of my sinuses too.

I’ve purchased this 3 times since 2022 July 2022 - 46 bucks February 2023 - 49 bucks September 2024 - 50 bucks So this jumbo container lasts me for 5-7 months depending on how badly inflamed my joints are on any given week/month. It’s very spreadable despite being a gel/jelly-like substance. In other words, you don’t need a ton - a little goes a long way. A dab will do ya. The cons are the price $$$ - I’ve watched the price for this same size container steadily rise over the last few years and I can’t say I’m happy about that at all. In fact I may not be purchasing again anytime soon if the price doesn’t fall. I may have to look for an alternative as I move up in age (more aches). I personally think the price (even at the lowest I’ve purchased it at, is 10 too high). In other words . . . I would gladly pay 36 bucks for life but I always have a few reservations when paying above that for this particular joint rub. I can however highly recommend the product itself. It’s fast acting and the pain reduction is considerable. The shipping is pretty fast. So yes; if you have the extra money , spend it. I normally give this product 5 stars but this time I’m taking a star off due the seller jacking the price up when the product hasn’t gotten stronger in the least.
