Seriously disappointing and not as advertised.
Heavy, poorly designed ... and probably going back.I'm taking a break after spending 45 minutes getting this thing halfway set up. First, it's a two person job. Someone on another review said they broke the glass while trying to assemble it. I believe it. The thing is massively heavy. Not the twenty pounds as advertised. More like 30+ each and they come in a massive trunk that weighs another 30 or so ... each. No way, no how will I try shipping this though I will say the trunks seem sturdy enough it that's what you need. Next, the monitor. I'm going to give this thing one try tomorrow but the first problem is the connection. VGA. You'll need an adaptor unless your computer is from the dark ages. It does have a non-functioning HDMI port. The "carbon fiber" (NOT) poles seem to be simply heavy gauge steel. Nothing hi-tech about this. If you want something built like a '55 Chevy, this might be for you. Come to think about it, this might have been some high school kid's metal shop project. BTW, it does NOT "fold flat" for transport. You have to completely disassemble it to pack it back in the trunk. You'll have to be super careful with the glass.I will give it a fair trial once I get it assembled. If it works well, I'd bring it up to 2 - 3 stars ... no more. Oh, and you get almost no instructions. There is a full page explaining how to use the rather simple but adequate remote, but nothing useful. And you will need tools. A metric hex key and a small adjustable wrench. No big deal. Just another example of this seller's loose relationship with the truth.

Seconding the other review.
This prompter came in two huge rolling cases. They seem sturdy, but given how delicate the glass is-- which I almost broke while assembling it-- this should not be disassembled. The software is not user friendly, and is insufficient for any professional application-- except maybe a very relaxed film environment where prompter errors are forgivable. For a public official's speech, the software is completely inadequate. The instructions for this model are terrible-- they're basically one sheet. Assembly is somewhat intuitive, but computer setup is not. In fact, I still do not have both monitors showing the same image-- and there is no instruction that even acknowledges that this prompter requires two monitors to display the same. I assume I will need to buy an HDMI splitter separately for this to work. Moreover, this prompter came without eight screws necessary to mount the monitors to the frames. I requested these screws in a phone call to Draco Broadcast, and when they didn't arrive the following week, I followed-up with an email. When that email reply didn't receive a response, I emailed again. Only then did I receive five (not eight) screws. The monitors are now mounted, but not properly. This is an inexpensive system. I expect that with separately purchased software and an HDMI splitter, it will work for most applications I'd hoped it would. But here, you certainly don't get more than you pay for.
