Jungle Jim's Jungle Wheels Lawn Mower Sulky for Lawn and Landscape Professionals (Red Jungle Wheels)

First of all I we own our own lawn care business and we mow in the mountains of Western North Carolina. This sulkie we have been using for 2 months and only one issue. We got a bad tire. The bead on the tire was not properly made and so the tire started coming off of the rim (pneumatic tire with tube). With one call to seller they promised to send me a new tire and asked if anything else was broken or needed replaced. At the moment no but I kept using it after I thought I had fixed it and ended up blowing the tube as well because it started coming out of the side wall were the tire had failed. So I called customer service back again and got the same lady on the phone. She promised a new tire and a new tube as a replacement. A little while later she called me back and said they were out of the tires so they were just going to send me an entire wheel instead. Wow really thanks. So while on the phone I asked a few more questions about some other products and the lady new her stuff. Any way 2 days later I have a box sitting on my front porch with a brand new wheel tire and all. For all of the people complaining about missing parts or poor design or what ever your issue is. Call them up ask questions and be nice. If your not nice I wouldn't give you anything either. But the company advertises a 2 year warranty and will answer questions. Just be nice. They were extremely nice to me and I'm hard to please some times. The product is very well made and works like an expensive one maybe even better. Good luck and happy mowing.

Works but its a pain to put together and there is no mechanism to keep it straight when backing up.

I've used other brands and like this one best so far. It's a sturdy sulky, that is lighter than the other commercial ones on the market. It can be adjusted to an optimum position that others don't allow and their mounting plate has a lot more holes to fit your mower than the others. Only note is that the hinge point on theirs makes going in reverse challenging. Red color option matched my mower too. And make sure to keep all the zerk fittings greased, especially the first time.

Best money I've spent in a while. Easy to assemble voltage right up to my machine I have a 52 inch cut and now I'm able to go much faster without walking. Makes my old machine feel like something new best add-on for a machine I've bought in a while

This is the first time of us using this brand we finally used it on our mower today for the first time and within 10 minutes of mowing the tire popped. Our previous cart we used was a different brand and way better quality.

I use this product everyday! It rides smooth and delivers quality my old one did not! Will be buying again when I need a replacement!
