Not charging
I open the box and put it on change . There’s purple light blanking & set didn’t change. Going to return it.

This one works great. Originally we got a refurbished one, that DIDN'T WORK. So I recommend get the new ones for a few bucks more.

Five stars for prompt refund, but bluetooth had issue
Ive bought lots of blueparott bluetooth headsets as a truck driver, but for some reason on this XT300, the noise cancelling worked in reverse, when there was heavy noise, it would drown out my voice and amplify the background noise. I returned it and was issued a prompt refund, very good experience.
