Worked flawlessly to prevent chafing
Having recently gotten into pickleball, it was my first sport with significant lateral movement. This meant that I ended up starting to chaff quite a bit on my nipples, to the point where showering was hurting. These worked exactly as advertised, and prevented any chafing, and held strong (you have to make sure to really press them down at first as per the directions). It does sometimes look like you're a dude wearing pasties which is unfortunate, but still worth preventing the pain!

It works
I've dealt with chaffing off and on over the last 13 years of running. And by "dealing with it" meant pulling my shirt off, or trying bandaids that ultimately would not stay stuck - even on a shaved surface. These work as advertised. It goes on easy, it stays on despite running in the heat and being soaked with sweat, or running in the cold, and it comes off as easy as you would hope when it's time to remove them. These are definitely my go to now for long runs and races. As an added bonus, if your nips are chaffed already when you apply these, because of how these protect you, you can still carry on and continue runs while you heal.

Fantastic for saving your nipples
These have been a lifesaver-- or at least a ripple saver on long runs. They have kept many shirts from getting bloody.

Let these diamond cutters shine.
Running a lot, because I'm fat. And I sweat, a lot. Even with a quick dry shirt it hasn't been enough. My left nipple, it bleeds, a lot. Bandaids wouldn't work with all the sweat and hair. Some creams helped but got a bit messy. I was skeptical about these nip guards. But I was tired of this left nipple being so sensitive and bleedy. So I parted the hair around the nipple and stuck a nip guard on. Started my workout with a 15 boxing heavy bag workout to warm up. No prob, but I just have a glow of sweat. Off to running, 4.15 miles. The nipple guard stayed on, no irritation or bleeding and it came off when needed without taking skin or hair with it. About to jump in the shower without the fear of wet nipple pain. If it's a problem for you, Get U Some!

Effective about 75-80% of the time
Nip Guards are the best nipple protection product out there. But still, about 1 out of every 4 or 5 long runs, at least one falls off and I end up with bloody nipple(s). I wish the company would make them stickier. It never hurts to take them off, but I'd sacrifice a little discomfort upon removal for sparing me from the excruciating pain of showering after they fall off before my run is done.

I need protection for virtually anything over 5 miles, and my dailies are 7, so I basically always need something. I tried a bunch of nipple protection for prime day. After trimming down my chest bush, they all performed admirably, but this was by far the most expensive of those that I tried. They may also be the stickiest, though as after my sweat pouring 11 miler the other day I still needed to chisel adhesive from my chest. Give them a thought if something less expensive doesn't work for you

Worked perfectly! Stayed on for the entire marathon!
I wore these during the Chicago marathon a couple of weeks ago. I put them on at 5:45 a.m. and they stayed on until 1:30 p.m., when I took them off after the finish. I sweat a lot when I run and these stayed in place, no slippage at all. Couldn't even tell I was wearing them. Highly recommend!

Only way to keep them on is with gorilla glue
“Stays on any distance even an ultra marathon”. After using these a few days, I firmly believe their claim that it will stay on for. 100 mile run. If you also bought gorilla glue and applied the nip guards in that manner. Otherwise, they are about as good as bandaids or even less so. Mine usually fall off after several miles. If you’re lucky, you’ll be in the gym on a snowy day using the treadmill and they’ll both fall off right behind your treadmill and the whole gym will know you are protecting the nips. Or at least attempted to.
