4-stars only because there’s a noticeable gap between the housing and the truck. I taped it off and dropped a bead of black exterior window silicone to seal it off. Since the light has a black shade and the FX4 has the black trim, you can’t even tell that I caulked it. I didn’t want water getting in there or the car wash brushes to snag. (I’ve been to the car wash twice, no issues.)The rest of the fit was spot-on. All the guides lined up correctly and all the cables connected no problem. The resistors need to be clamped to the truck sheet metal. But there are perfect places to do this on the F150.Fun little project that modernized the look a bit and replaced a tail light that got shattered in a household “incident” with the tractor. Took about 20 minutes with my son helping out.I agree with other reviews that the tinted cover makes the backup lights somewhat dim, but still okay backing up when using the camera.

My old lights were damaged by the sun. I wanted something more sleek profile for my 2012 F150 king ranch. These tail lights look awesome and the plug n play easy to install design, make these tail lights an easy choice.

These look really good and except they look slightly too big only if you are picky and looking. That’s me though. They don’t fit snug either. Have a little wiggle.
