Bought this to mount one of my work monitors and it's been great so far. Setting it up was really easy and you can tuck away some cables into the arm to keep your cable management looking clean. Its very sturdy and and does not sag under the weight of the monitor. Highly recommend it for a single mount set up.

For sub $20 gas spring monitor arm, it serves its purpose well. It feels sturdy and holds up my 15 lbs monitor without issues. The VESA mounting plate is separate from the arm so you can mount the arm on a desk first then slide the monitor on the arm for easy installation. The articulation is limited to height, horizontal position and horizontal tilt of the monitor. Since the neck is not spring loaded, vertical tilt is in a fixed position once the bolts are tightened. If the monitor is too heavy, your monitor will be facing down (it won't be able to keep its head up).

There’s no in between on up and down on this. But it’s a great sturdy mount!

For this price point, this is a great deal. It was easy to assemble and not heavy.

Very good quality and have no issues

I recently purchased the Gas Spring Monitor Arm for my desk setup, and I am beyond impressed! This monitor arm has significantly improved my workspace, making it more ergonomic and comfortable. I have a 27-inch monitor mounted on it, and it easily supports the weight without any wobbling or instability. The gas spring mechanism is smooth and reliable. The range of motion is fantastic, and I can easily find the perfect position to reduce neck and back strain. VESA Compatibility: The VESA mount fits my monitor perfectly (it supports 13-32 inch screens and up to 22lbs). The installation process was straightforward, and I had it set up in under 20 minutes. The arm is compatible with various VESA patterns, so it should work for most monitors. Space-Saving: This mount has helped clear up a lot of desk space, which is especially useful in my home office. My review has a lot more to do with what this SHOULD do, rather than what it does. In short, it's exactly what you would want out of an affordable monitor arm; with the exception of it not having the height to make this product worthwhile. Pros: - Great value - Great instructions - Includes all hardware/tools - Good built-in cable management solution Cons: - Hard to adjust without help When adjusting this arm, you have almost NO in-between with the adjustment screws. It's either securely fastened, or completely loose and your monitor will reflect that change immediately by crashing down to your desk/swivel very uncontrolled with great speed out of nowhere. Adjusting it after the fact involves an awkward movement of trying to hold the monitor in perfect position with one hand, while trying to use a weird/small hex-key or screwdriver to secure the screw in place. A better product would have some wiggle room allowing you to not have to fully support the weight of the monitor while securing the aforementioned screws. - Does not lift your screen high enough This point is very important when it comes to desk ergonomics. You will essentially spend your entire time using this product with your head slightly angled down to look at the screen. It's minimal, but adds up during extended use. For anyone who works from home or games using this, you should look for something with more vertical height. You should be able to look straight ahead with the cent of your monitor directly at eye level, and you can't really achieve that with this product.

This is for the Premium Single Monitor Mount, Single Monitor Arm, Fully Adjustable Gas Spring VESA Monitor Mount for up to 27 inch LCD display. I bought this for a Acer A231H display that I wanted to have over my iMac display. It does the job and it does it well. You do need a sturdy surface (mine is a computer desk with a 3/4" (2cm) board to which I attached the base. The base attaches to the desk easily and is sturdy (there I said it again). It can lift the monitor bottom 17" (43cm) over the desk which is just the height I need so it's above the iMac. I recommend this, and will buy it again if I need it for another monitor (my wife's?).
