Hard foam, quite uncomfortable
The 5 star changed my life reviews convinced me but the reality was very different.Its an odd product, it just doesn't seem to be functional to me. I dont know what is different about me that makes it such a different experience or maybe im doing it wrong somehow.It feels like majority of the weight of my head is supported by the back of my neck rather than my skull which is obviously quite uncomfortable. The foam hardly compresses either so I just kind of lay there resting on a hard beam of foam.I have used it for a couple of weeks but I think ill just return it.

Very comfortable
This pillow has really helped support my neck. It is very nice, and I can now fall asleep without tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. It is well worth the price, and I would recommend it to anyone. It provides support without being too sturdy; the pillow itself is soft and cushiony. 10/10

Reduce neck pain
This ZAMAT pillow was really helpful. I had a persistent neck pain and had to go to physical therapy. As the therapist suggested that the cause of my pain could come my sleeping position, I looked for a pillow that would cure neck pain. I was so surprised to find out that there are a ton of such pillows advertised on Amazon. As this ZAMAT pillow was an Amazon's Choice with good reviews, I chose to purchase it, with the Firm Queen size options. And I was really happy I made this choice. The pillow supports well my head from all sleeping positions, on my back, or when I turn to my left or right sides.

Very good quality. I recommend to whomsoever sleeping on the belly and reverse. Good Product for those who sleeps with a low thickness pillow.
