Seller is great, product is wonky and incorrectly described.
The product does what it says, with all the shortcomings others have already pointed out. Heck, if you look at the display picture closely, the cans in the top row are bowing the shelf. This is NOT a heavy duty pantry shelf, in fact it would be a marginal standard rack at best for that purpose. This being said, I bought the rack because I needed to specifically store light weight items related to model building (tools and such) that were awkward to store but still needed to be relatively easy to reach. I also wanted something very inexpensive, and this item fits that bill perfectly for the money I wanted to spend. The model building tools and supplies weight is negligible, so there is no issue with the rack for this purpose. Mounted on the wall next to my building desk the rack looks good and does what I need it to do.I was slightly torn about the rating. For what I wanted it's great. Unfortunately the product suffers from a very serious drawback for it's advertised purpose.Ultimately, I decided the product gets only 3 stars because the mounting hardware IS TOTALLY wrong for mounting on a door. The included hardware is for dry-wall mounting (good for me in my situation!) - inserts to plug into a drilled hole that will expand when the screws are tightened. If trying to mount in a hollow door (the type of interior doors inside most homes) the inserts will work themselves loose very quickly. There is simply no support inside a hollow door for these inserts and screws. If you choose to mount the rack onto a hollow door anyway with the included hardware, don't be surprised when the intact rack - complete with screws still firmly mounted into their inserts) comes crashing down one day when you open the door.Mounting to a solid door would be difficult because the screws are tapped for dry-wall, which means their 'bite' will closer together than in a tradition wood screw. This will result in the same thing over time, the closeness of the groves will strip the wood around the screws and they'll begin working themselves out, but it will take longer. If you try to use the dry-wall plugs in a solid door, they are soft plastic and will simply deform when the screws are tightened and be unusable. If you plan on mounting this anywhere besides on a dry-wall, you will need to buy the proper mounting hardware.I would not recommend this for pantry use, but for storage of lightweight items on a wall this item works fine..

Don't waste your money.
I don't normally rate any products I purchase with a low rating here on Amazon. I rate everything based on the description, how it was shipped and my experience with the product. This was the first time I actually sent something back.. pretty much immediately. The photo, to me, seems misleading. You can see lots of spices sitting on the racks in the photo, many are different sizes, in fact, the ones at the top two shelves are the small, normal sized ones you'd typically purchase at any grocery store. I have LOTS of spices.. many are the size you see in the top two photos. When I unboxed this item and saw that the sides of the baskets were wide open, I knew there was going to be an issue. But alas, we attached it to the pantry door to see what would happen. Can you guess what happened? Yup, all of my spices fell out of the sides and those that didn't fell over because the baskets are not flat on the bottom. It was a waste of money, time and effort. I took it off of my pantry door that night and went right to Amazon to ask to return it. Now my pantry door has holes in it, my spices are all over my counter and I'm left searching for something better.

Not as pictured on site, plastic rails, nothing at ends to prevent items from slipping out
1. Directions: ridiculousOut of package, one rail was sitting inside another rail .... thought rails slid up/down to reach the desired length you wanted. Should have looked on Amazon's site and saw customer's photos sooner----would have saved me TIME and FRUSTRATION trying to "line" up the holes and get rails in correct orientation. DUH! the rails were packed that way, each rail is an individual piece. Who knew??? Wished I looked at the Amazon site sooner...or---do I dare say: more directions/even an additional drawing. I am not a rookie; have put plenty of things together, drilled, screwed, glued, hung, etc. The way it was packed and lack of directions/drawings steered me to thinking the rails were suppose to slide to gain desired length. Rails are plastic, by the way--didn't see that info in product description, metal would have been preferred.Update- photo, cut rails 4 or 5 inches shorter to avoid interfering with door knob; bought 10 in. white zip ties to put on ends so things don't slip out the end of baskets---not as mfg. picture showed; added a couple more screws to top/bottom for extra support.... If you want to do the little extras, will do the job for you. I use it for baggies/foils; baking items; odds/ends to free up room on my pantry shelving and kitchen cabinet drawers. Wouldn't put a lot of heavy things in wire baskets, as baskets aren't super sturdy and can sometimes come out of rails if accidently bumped.2. The baskets - well, they are not as pictured --- no "taller" basket with additional top rod across as mfg. picture showed or rod on ends of baskets. Not thrilled with it, would have preferred metal rails and the actual style of baskets that are pictured by mfg. Wouldn't trust putting a lot of heavy items in the basket like can goods...a few maybe. It will work, but quality and exact product not as shown on site.
