Cool features, two features I'd change
I wanted an inexpensive waterproof watch that would track my sleeping, oxygen levels, and show when I get texts or phone calls. This watch checks off all of my requirements and the app is pretty user-friendly as well. It does monitor stress level, but that seems like an arbitrary number (it measures it every 10 or so minutes). Overall, I'm happy with this watch, but there are a couple of things I don't like about it. Either it doesn't have the ability or I haven't figured it out yet. I would much rather it automatically read my O2 levels every 10 minutes instead of the stress levels - that information is more helpful for me and I don't believe the stress level reading is accurate. I have to click the side button, scroll to the O2 option and click it every time to read the O2. I also receive a lot of group messages, which I have silenced on my phone, but they still vibrate and go through on my watch (which can drive you crazy if you receive 30 group texts back-to back like I do sometimes). I wish there was a way to silence some messages on the watch, but I don't see that as an option. It does have good options on which app is allowed to notify you, but if you're wanting to receive texts, you're going to get all of them - even the frequent group texts that you've silenced on your phone (I have not tried turning off the notifications on the group texts entirely yet, because I do want them to light up my phone, but if they get too out of hand, I will definitely be trying that). It does have Do Not Disturb time settings, but the watch face still lights up when you move your arm in your sleep, which I would prefer to make it so you had to double tap the screen or use the side button to light it up during that timeframe. Overall, this watch has cool features, like your respiratory quality as you sleep, plans to help develop sleep habits, and weight management.

Second purchase
I bought the pink version about two years ago and it has lasted and still works like a champ but I wanted one in black. The black model has a few kinks as it has woken me up twice now to tell me my bpm was too high (193 to be exact). As alarming as that would indeed be, I definitely was not having a heart attack and took my own pulse which was 68. The data it collects is correct but it often adds 100 bpm to the reading which would not be great if you had an actual heart condition you were wanting to monitor. Neither device stays synced uo to my phone long and I rarely am notified for texts and NEVER receive a notification about calls. This also means you cannot use the "track my phone" without syncing it right before, which defeats the purpose. Basically its a digital watch and pedometer, which is all I really needed, but if you are looking for a full service smartwatch this is not the one. I can absolutely verify that it is waterproof, I swim with mine on every weekend.

**UPDATED** Great, But Won't Update
Update (Dec 2023):I contacted customer service and they gave me all of the basic troubleshooting tips to try to fix the problem. As an IT, I'd already tried all of it before contacting them. Their last suggestion was to switch the app to a different phone. I was using the app on my new Motorola and didn't think it'd work with my lesser known Blu phone. But, I switched the app to my Blu anyway and was pleasantly surprised when it worked. Everything easily updates. I intended for it to be a temporary switch if it worked, but I never switched it back.As a traveler, there's one thing I must note. To add to this watch's awesomeness, you don't lose your steps when you switch to a new time zone. I went 8 hours back and waited until after 12 AM in the current time zone, to switch the time zone on my watch. With all previous watches (other brands), I'd lose all steps on the current date. For example, if I had 2000 steps when I updated the watch to the current time zone, I'd lose those 2000 steps. With this watch, I did not lose. When I got back to my regular time zone and changed the watch back to the normal time (8 hours ahead of where I'd been), I didn't lose my steps then either. Now I know I don't have to wait until 12 AM / midnight to update the time zone on my watch, I can just update it when it's convenient for me.Original (Oct 2023):This is a great watch with a bunch of useful features and I love using it. But, it won't update. I can't update the watch face (even after paying for one) and I can't update the system per the latest update being available. I need another watch face because the current one doesn't show the date. None of the others that are pre downloaded show the time, day, and date. If I could get this thing to update, it'd get 5 stars.

I really wanted to like it - but it didn't last long.
I prefer a watch connected to a chest strap and not needing a phone. Unfortunately, those seem to be gone now. The good is that initially I was able to set this up and download the Chinese app and sync the watch to the phone. In using this I noticed first that I cannot isolate the screen to show the heart rate in large font as I did with my polar. Then I noticed that a lot of the time the heart rate did not make sense. I would work out and it would drop. I went back with a chest strap and found that the watch could be 20 beats lower than it should show. tightening up the watch helped some. Not as accurate, but better than nothing. I worked with it that way for about 2 months. Then i found that it would not sync to my phone. I deleted the app and reloaded and tried to reset the watch. My wifi showed both connected but would no longer sync. Then I tried to reset the watch to factory settings to start over. Now it not only will not connect to the app, but it is stuck on a screen showing to download the app. I cannot move forward. It is now totally useless. I wish one of these companies (not Ezon) would come up with an equivalent of the Polar FX7 which was simple, but actually worked.
