California Gold Nutrition Multivitamin and Mineral with Methyl B12, Vitamin C, L-MethylFolate and Bio-Quercetin, Two-A-Day, 60 Veggie Capsules

I'm so glad to find this multi vitamin. I looked for a long time to find a cost effective one with high quality ingredients. The only thing I would change is the vitamin B3. I wish it was a combination of niacinimide and flush niacin. Overall an extremely good buy.

This a 3rd party tested Life Extension 2 per day clone from a company of the same quality. For cheaper.

WARNING! I feel that California Gold Nutrition is a good company BUT this vitamin has WAY TOO MUCH of ingredients that raise the B6 level. High levels of B6 DAMAGES NERVES!! NO multi-vitamin should include 4412% of the RDA. I thought this sounded like too much so I only took a half dose approximately three times a week. STILL....6 weeks after purchasing this my yearly exam blood tests revealed that my B6 level was over 3 times the upper limit. I have now developed neuropathy symptoms that are not going away quickly upon discontinuing. NEUROPATHY is a painful condition that I want to help others avoid. California Gold needs to SERIOUSLY cut back on the dosage of B6. I expected better from this company.

I am very careful purchasing supplements..... esp since my daughter is a nutritionist. I orderd this product strictly on reviews, and I neglected to check analysis - not very complete. Will not purchase this item again.
