Get Real Gear Jr. Wizard with Cone Hat, Size OSFM, Ages 4-9

I bought this costume for my son's fifth birthday. I had read reviews saying the hat was too small, but that was not the case with my son. This costume is well made (no issues with stitching). The quality of the fabric and the lovely design were more than I would have ever expected. I don't like to write reviews (although I depend on them for my purchases), but I felt compelled to write one for this product. I also bought my son a magic wand that lights up and makes sounds here on Amazon (big hit!). My son loves his new wizard outfit. I would definitely buy from them again. The best costume I've bought my kids so far!

This costume was a bit of a disappointment. The robes were pretty nice and a great fit for my 6 year old boy (he's very average in terms of height and build). They close with a small set of tie strings at the top, which is fine. The problem is the hat -arguably the more important and specialized part of the costume. It's just too small. In fact, it didn't even really fit my 4 year old son's head either. We took it to a seamstress to get it altered (more $$) but that just made it kinda shapeless and kinda screwed it up. So basically I would have to say pass on this and try to find something local so you can try on the hat for your child.

This is great quality for the price, better than I expected! The sparkly fabric on the robe is particularly attractive. Both my sons immediately loved it.The only thing to note is that the hat is too small proportional to the robe. It doesn't fit onto my 2-year-old's head, and the costume is for ages 4 to 9. The robe is the right length for my tall 5-year-old, so the robe is a good size.To fix the hat, I cut out the back seam and added a little elastic, and it works just fine, so I don't consider it a problem, but if that amount of sewing seems burdensome to you, you might want to consider it.

This wizard robe is of wonderful quality. The outside material is wrinkle proof and it is fully lined. I was and still am amazed at the first class quality of this product. It was purchased for my 5 year old grandson and he wears it constantly. The length was perfect as well and he still has room to grow. The hat is of excellent quality too and stands up well when mounted on the head. I would recommend this product whole heartedly for a Halloween costume as well. It will last for a long time.

Nice quality; well-packaged; just add a wand (and lightning bolt on forehead) to perfect the costume. I think the robe might be too long for most 4 (and even 5) year-olds; be sure to measure length for younger kids.

Great quality fabric and nice design. The only things I would change would be to add velcro to the front so the robe closes all the way down and make the hat adjustable.

Really great quality as far as costumes go. Cape is a Perfect fit for my six yr old. Cap is snug but it works and looks great.

This fit my 5 year old perfectly. He loves it and wants to wear it everyday. Hat is a bit snug but fit.
